Property Maintenance in E2

• Fresh paint is the quickest way to lift a home or get a rental ready for new tenants. We prepare properly, filling cracks, sanding and priming, so the finish lasts. We supply quality trade paint, or we can use paint you've already chosen, and we do work at height, so high ceilings, stairwells and exteriors aren't a problem. • Painting and decorating: our main service. Interior and exterior painting, wallpapering and woodwork. We supply quality trade paint (or use yours) and we do work at height.
• Plumbing: leaks, taps, toilets, radiators and full bathroom refits. We work on boilers and partner with Gas Safe registered engineers for all boiler and gas work.
• Electrical: sockets, lights, fault finding, consumer units and rewires, carried out by our qualified partner electricians.
• Handyman: shelves, flat-pack, doors, sealant and the odd jobs on your list.
• Tiling, kitchens and blocked drains: from regrouting a shower to fitting a new kitchen.
• Cleaning: regular, end-of-tenancy and after-builders cleans.
• Flooring: carpet, lino and laminate, supplied and fitted.
• House clearance: furniture, appliances and overgrown gardens, with waste taken away by our licensed partner waste carrier.
• Removals: flat and small office moves within Tower Hamlets only. Please pack your own belongings, as we don't supply boxes or packing.
• Landlord certificates: EICRs, gas safety certificates, EPCs, PAT testing and smoke and CO alarms, arranged through qualified partners.

E2 covers Bethnal Green and stretches to Cambridge Heath, Globe Town, Haggerston and the edges of Shoreditch, across both Tower Hamlets and Hackney. It's a real mix of homes: Victorian terraces, houses split into flats, post-war council blocks, warehouse conversions and newer apartment buildings. Each needs a slightly different approach, from filling and lining old plaster before decorating to working with a managing agent for access to a communal stairwell. Because our office is in E2, most jobs here are a short trip for us, and we know the parking and access challenges on streets around Bethnal Green Road, Hackney Road and Cambridge Heath Road. Please note that our removals service only covers moves within Tower Hamlets, so moves on the Hackney side of E2 aren't included.
